My Practice
I am an integrative counsellor which means my work with a client is based around different models of therapy like CBT, Systems Theory, TA. I draw on a combination of these theories depending on what best fits the individual client. I am a professional and approachable person and believe that anyone is fully capable of change and growth if this is what they desire. A strong working relationship where there is confidentiality and good boundaries will enable us to work well together to better understand what you are facing and ultimately increase your sense of well being. The process moves at a pace you are happy with and will enable you to grow in confidence to get to the place you want to be.
Providing a safe, therapeutic space for all my clients is important to me, a place where you can be heard and explore your life and relationships without fear of being judged or criticised.

Individuals or couples are welcome to contact me to discuss the possibility of working together.
I offer couple counselling to any two people in a relationship/marriage who wish to explore changing dynamics between them. There doesn't need to be a crisis in order to seek help. Sometimes people find it useful to have a safe space to explore their relationship before they make a change.
Supervision of counsellors and trainee counsellors is an area I am passionate about and I can offer either face-to-face or online work. Please contact me to discuss your requirements further.
About me
I enjoy walking with my dogs, time with family and being outdoors in all seasons. I am a calm, caring individual who values meaningful connection with others.
I offer counselling for a range of issues...
These include bereavement and loss, relationships, anxiety, depression, stress, eating disorders, PTSD, work life balance and others. Sometimes its hard to put a label on what you may be facing and you may just be stuck with life and need someone who can listen well and help you find a solution and a way forward. Counselling can be emotionally challenging yet life-changing given the right support.
Despite everything, life is full of beauty and meaning.
