I am a professional and approachable person and believe that anyone is fully capable of change and growth if this is what they desire. A strong working relationship where there is confidentiality and good boundaries will enable us to work well together to better understand what you are facing and ultimately increase your sense of wellbeing. The process moves at a pace you are happy with and will enable you to grow in confidence to get to the place you want to be. Providing a safe, therapeutic space for all my clients is important to me, a place where you can be heard and explore your life and relationships without fear of being judged or criticised.

I am an integrative counsellor which means my work with a client is based around different models of therapy like CBT, Systems Theory, TA. I draw on a combination of these theories depending on what best fits the individual client.

Supervision of counsellors and trainee counsellors is an area I am passionate about and I can offer either face-to-face or online work. Please contact me to discuss your requirements further.
